While the total price of an email campaign depends on the complexity of the email template we create for you as well as the size of your list of subscribers, we offer affordable plans for any budget.

The Template:

Depending on the email template you choose, it may be “recycled,” or modified and tweaked for future campaigns, so typically, the template is usually a one time investment.

After the template is created and the email campaign’s content and other materials are inserted into it, we can send it to your subscribers or even a specifically targeted segment of your subscriber list. A number of other powerful marketing options are included in the total campaign fee and are available upon request, but more on these later.

 

The List:

Your list size will determine the cost to send your email out. Significantly cheaper than sending out postal mail, an effective email campaign will direct your readers to your Web site.

The Reports:

Once your mass email is sent out, you can sit back and wait to observe the results. A weekly list of bounced email addresses (bad or expired email accounts), unsubscribes and other important information can be emailed to you upon request. You may also want to request specific marketing information, these options are covered by the total email campaign fee, but are only made available upon request. You can request one report per email campaign per week.

A standard report will show you:

  • Recipients Who Opened
  • Total Times Opened
  • Last Open Date
  • Recipients Who Clicked
  • Total Clicks
  • Number of Times Each Link was Clicked

Marketing Tools:

Automated list cleaning: We automatically remove unsubscribers and bad emails addresses without you having to lift a finger. We can give you a “clean” version of your list upon request.

Automated duplicate removal: You don’t have to worry about sifting through your list to weed out duplicate email addresses or errors because we automatically do it for you.

Schedule your campaigns: We can easily set up successive campaigns and schedule them to go out on specific dates and times, automatically.

Personalization: If you have the data, we have a way to use it. We can dynamically integrate any information you have about your subscribers into your email campaigns. This includes addressing the email to “Dear Mr. John Doe,” etc. May require additional fee.

Target based on behavior: We can send a follow up campaign to individuals who didn’t open your last email or send a new campaign specifically to those who did open it. May require additional fee.

Split Testing: Ever wondered if one subject line would have a higher open rate than another? How about whether sending your campaign during a particular day of the week or time of day would render better results? With split testing, we can send out two versions of your email and compare the results. May require additional fee.
